Disappointing Experience at Carl's Jr. – Cold Food and Poor Quality Burger

We visited Carl's Jr. at Istanbul Cevahir Mall, where we've enjoyed dining for years, specifically for the Western BBQ Burger. At the counter, we were informed that they were out of several items, including all gourmet options like the Western BBQ Burger. The staff recommended the Famous Star With Cheese Burger instead, so we ordered three meals based on their suggestion.

Unfortunately, the burgers we received were extremely disappointing. The meat lacked flavor, was undercooked, and both the fries and burgers were served cold. As a loyal customer who has always enjoyed the Western and Memphis BBQ Burgers, I was both shocked and disappointed by this poor service and subpar food quality. I expect Carl's Jr. to address these issues and improve their standards.
