Carl’s Jr. Portobello Mushroom Burger Misrepresented

I ordered the Portobello Mushroom Burger at Carl’s Jr. Zorlu Center, but what I received was nothing like the menu photo. The burger was missing key ingredients and lacked the advertised portion of mushrooms and meat. The stark difference between the picture and the actual product was disappointing and felt misleading.

This experience has left me frustrated, and I will not dine at this location again. I plan to share the photos with friends to prevent them from making the same mistake. I expect Carl’s Jr. to take accountability for the misleading representation and improve the quality of their offerings. Customers deserve to receive exactly what is promised in the menu.
