Carjet Failed to Deliver Rental Car at Airport, No Contact, No Support
On October 21, I rented a car through Carjet from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and I was supposed to be met by a staff member at 7:00 AM. However, despite waiting at the airport from 6:30 until 9:00, no one arrived, and I was unable to reach anyone. Carjet also never responded to me in any way.
I had already prepaid the 7-day rental fee (122 euros) with my bank card, but I couldn’t pick up the car and was forced to take a taxi instead. I tried to cancel my reservation, but again, I couldn’t reach anyone. Due to this situation, I am requesting a refund. My reservation number is cjt-191783108. I was especially inconvenienced because it was early in the morning, and even though I live on the European side of Istanbul, I had to wait for hours at the airport.
Because of the issue I experienced, I expect Carjet to refund my payment as soon as possible.
