Unable to Contact Carjet After Prepayment – No Reservation Created

I made a prepayment to rent a car from Carjet, but I can’t reach them in any way. Not only have I not received my car, but it seems no reservation was even created. There’s no way to contact them besides phone, and that’s also impossible to reach. It seems they don’t have an office in Turkey, which is concerning. I’m also worried there could be an issue with my credit card. I expect immediate help resolving this issue and getting my money back.
