I Face Refund Delay and No Response From Carjet After Canceled Booking in Sarajevo
I booked a 3-day car rental in Sarajevo through Carjet on June 6, but the reservation was canceled due to a credit card issue. I was told that the refund would be processed within 3–4 days, yet no refund has been issued, even though weeks have passed.
I have contacted Carjet customer service multiple times, but there has been no meaningful response or resolution — it’s impossible to reach an actual representative. My reservation number is CJT-17*.
This lack of communication and accountability from Carjet is deeply disappointing. I request an immediate refund for the canceled booking and expect the company to improve its customer support, as customers should not be left waiting indefinitely without updates or contact.
