I Was Scammed by Carjet Partner Company and Never Got My €252 Refund
I booked a car online through Carjet and made a prepayment of €252 in advance. However, when I arrived at the airport to pick up the vehicle, the rental company I was directed to informed me that they had no connection whatsoever with Carjet. They refused to give me the car unless I paid an additional fee, which had never been mentioned during booking.
Since I refused to pay this unexpected charge, I did not receive the car, and Carjet has still not refunded my €252 prepayment. This situation is unacceptable — I paid for a service that was never provided and received no assistance or communication from Carjet.
I request the immediate refund of my €252, as I did not receive any service, and I hold Carjet responsible for allowing unauthorized or misleading partner companies to operate under its name.
