Carjet Did Not Refund Me or Deliver the Car I Booked

I helped my brother rent a car in Tangier, Morocco through the Carjet.com app using my own credit card. The payment was taken, but when they went to pick up the car, they were asked to pay an additional amount. We were never informed about any extra charges during the booking process, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. Not only was the car not handed over, but we also didn’t receive a refund. Despite several attempts to contact them through their website and support channels, we received no response. It’s nearly impossible to reach Carjet.com, and I’ve been left completely mistreated. I absolutely intend to take this matter to court. I also have all the necessary documents in hand.
