Carjet Took My Money and Refused to Provide the Rental Car in Tangier, Morocco

I helped my brother book a car rental in Tangier, Morocco through the Carjet.com app, using my own credit card for the payment. The payment was successfully charged, but when he arrived to pick up the car, the local rental company demanded additional money that was never mentioned in the booking terms.

Despite paying in full through Carjet, they refused to hand over the car and did not refund the payment. To make matters worse, Carjet is impossible to reach — there’s no real customer support, only automated replies, and no proper contact channel for urgent issues.

I have all the necessary documents and proof of payment, and since this situation is a clear case of fraud and contract violation, I intend to take legal action against Carjet to recover my money.

I demand an immediate refund and a full explanation from Carjet regarding this unethical behavior.
