I Face Refund Denial After Carjet Failed to Provide Reserved Vehicle at Casablanca Airport

On August 3, 2025, I made a car rental reservation through Carjet (Reservation No: 180700502) for 6 days at Casablanca Airport. During the booking process, I paid approximately $264, and the confirmation email was sent to me shortly afterward.
However, when I arrived at the airport and called the number provided in my reservation to pick up the vehicle, the representative informed me that no cars were available in stock and that the vehicle could not be delivered. The call was then abruptly ended, and no refund has been issued since.
This experience caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, as I had relied on this confirmed booking for my travel plans. I request that the full amount I paid ($264) be refunded immediately and that Carjet take accountability for failing to deliver the confirmed service.
