I booked a rental car through CarJet at Sabiha Gökçen and was charged ₺573 for insurance. They don’t have an office at the airport, nor do they provide a contact number. Instead, I was redirected via email to another agency. However, I was denied the car due to a low Findeks score, and now I can’t get a refund for the money they charged.
