CarJet Charged Insurance Fee, No Car or Refund at Sabiha Gökçen
I booked a rental car through CarJet at Sabiha Gökçen and was charged ₺573 for insurance. They don’t have an office at the airport, nor do they provide a contact number. Instead, I was redirected via email to another agency. However, I was denied the car due to a low Findeks score, and now I can’t get a refund for the money they charged. There’s no one to reach out to for help, and I’m left with no resolution. Has anyone else experienced this issue with CarJet and found a solution? This is beyond frustrating.
