I Canceled My CarJet Dalaman Booking but Never Got My Refund Back

I booked a rental car through CarJet for pickup at Dalaman Airport on 25/10/2024. When we arrived, we found out the rental company only serves foreigners or guests arriving from abroad, so we couldn’t collect the car. As a result, we canceled the reservation on the spot, and an official cancellation report was issued. We ended up renting from a different company instead.

The issue? The €9.72 (₺ equivalent) I paid during the online booking was never refunded. There’s no mention of this on their website, no information on refund terms, and no proper way to contact anyone. The only number listed is a Spanish area code, and there's no valid email address for customer support.

To make matters worse, someone at the rental office warned us that CarJet often withholds large deposits and takes a long time to refund them. I checked my bank account—still no sign of the refunded amount.
