Carjet and 724 Charged Me €500 for Tiny Dent — Requesting Full Refund

On September 18, I rented a Citroen Berlingo through Carjet from the company “724” at Sabiha Gökçen Airport and returned it to the same office on September 30. During my 12-day rental period, I experienced several issues. First, they did not give me the vehicle I had selected online. They said they wouldn’t hand over the car because I didn’t have a credit card, then later told me I could pay in cash and gave me a different vehicle instead.
When I returned the car, they demanded €500 in cash for a tiny dent, no bigger than a lentil. The damage was in a spot that was barely visible, and they issued a made-up damage report. They told me that Carjet would collect the payment and that this would be the procedure even if I didn’t have insurance. I have rented cars from airports many times before, and I have never encountered anything like this.
I contacted 724’s customer service, but I did not receive a positive response, and they told me the money would not be refunded. I request that this unfair practice be corrected and that the €500 taken from me be refunded.
