On April 12, 2025, I downloaded the CamScanner app to try it out. I saw a pop-up offering a free 7-day trial, and since it clearly said “free,” I accepted it, thinking there would be no charge. Nowhere did it mention that I’d be billed, and there was no clear warning that a payment would be made through mobile billing.
Despite all that, ₺299 was charged to my phone bill via mobile payment—without my consent or knowledge. This is completely unfair and misleading. I accepted a free trial, not a paid subscription, and I never authorized any payment.
CamScanner, you need to refund the ₺299 immediately and stop deceiving users with hidden charges. This needs urgent attention.
