CamScanner Took ₺339.99 Without Consent After Free Trial

I downloaded CamScanner to try out the free version and started the trial period, thinking I would cancel before any charges. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel it in time—but what’s really frustrating is that ₺339.99 was taken from my account without any approval or confirmation. I didn’t get any notification or warning before they charged me.

I immediately reached out to request a refund, explaining the situation, but they completely ignored my request. CamScanner’s support is unhelpful and refuses to assist in any way. I haven’t even used the app since the trial started, yet they kept my money.

CamScanner, this is unacceptable. Refund my ₺339.99 immediately and stop making it impossible for users to get support.
