I’m extremely frustrated with CamScanner. I only used the app for one day, and they charged me ₺26—which was already unexpected. But what really shocked me is that a month later, without any warning, message, or approval, they withdrew a massive ₺1489 from my account. I never subscribed, never got a notification, and I certainly did not authorize any payment of this kind.
How can a company just take this much money from someone without their consent? This feels completely wrong and possibly even illegal.
I need CamScanner to refund the ₺1489 immediately and explain how this happened. Also, tell me exactly how to cancel whatever hidden subscription is causing this. I want this resolved right now.
