On January 24, 2024, I ordered shoes from Camper.com with order number 4005339152. The shoes arrived on January 30, 2024, but they were too small, so the next day, I sent them back for an exchange with a size bigger via courier. It reached the company on February 1, 2024. They promised to send the replacement via mail on February 2, 2024, but it never happened. Customer service said, "The new one will come from Spain; wait for 15 business days," without asking if I was okay with such a long wait. After 17 days, neither the shoes arrived nor did they refund my money. Today, I filed a complaint letter with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I'll never buy shoes from Camper.com again. They made me struggle for days over a pair of shoes. Hopefully, I can get my money back.
