Camper Order Delayed – Paid for Shoes, Still Not Shipped
I placed an order for Camper brand shoes on January 30, 2025, through the official Camper website and made the payment in full. Shortly after, I received an email stating that my order would be shipped from Spain and would arrive within 10-15 days.
However, today is February 21, and my shoes have not even been shipped yet. There has been no update, no tracking information, and no explanation regarding the delay.
I expect urgent clarification and an immediate resolution to this issue. Either ship my order immediately or issue a full refund! Camper, please take responsibility and provide proper customer service!
Progress
I ordered shoes from camper.com.tr on 30.01.2025. It is 22.03.2025 and the product still has not reached me. I called customer service and stated that the product has not arrived for 2 months and I want a refund. Customer service stated that they will not refund a product that has not arrived and whose arrival date is unknown. Where is the promise to deliver the product within the promised 7-15 business days? Where is my product? If my product is not going to be sent, where is my money? I have never seen a brand that claims to care about customer satisfaction be so indifferent. Despite having complained to Camper about the issue many times, I have not received the slightest response, call, or email. Unfortunately, their approach to customers is unacceptable! Where is the legal obligation to deliver a paid product within 30 days? They cannot fulfill this, and they do not refund my money either. Be careful when shopping from camper.com.tr!
