On September 4, 2025, and September 19, 2025, I purchased a total of four pairs of shoes from the Camper official website. The site stated that delivery would be completed within 20 days. Two of my orders were delivered; however, the other two — Order No. 4007300080 and Order No. 4007340217 — have still not been received. The missing products are the Pix K400356-017 boots and the Camper X Ineos Britannia sneakers.
I have contacted Camper customer service multiple times, but they have failed to provide a clear explanation for why these items have not been shipped. Each time, I was told that my orders were “on hold” with no specific reason, followed only by an apology.
The full payment of ₺10,298.10 was made in advance by credit card, and the delivery address is in Istanbul. The promised delivery period has long passed, yet my products remain undelivered.
I request the immediate shipment of the two missing pairs of shoes or a full refund of the payment made. My patience is exhausted, and I expect Camper to resolve this issue promptly.
