I Can’t Get Camper Shoes Replaced or Refunded After Returning Them

About a month and a half ago, I purchased a pair of Camper (Nnormal) shoes. Unfortunately, the size was too small, so I immediately returned them for an exchange. After some time passed with no update, Camper support claimed they never received the return. I then provided clear proof that I had sent the shoes back, including shipment documentation. Since then, I’ve been emailing customer service twice a day, and I haven’t received even a single word in response.

This level of silence and indifference is completely unacceptable for a brand like Camper. I either want my shoes exchanged and shipped to me, or I expect a full refund immediately. I’ve tried to be patient, but the total lack of communication has worn me down.

If I don’t hear back soon, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. This kind of negligence and disregard for customers has made me lose all trust in Camper. I expect a resolution right away.
