Camper Sold Me Shoes That Did Not Fit and Refused to Provide a Refund

I am repeating my complaint because Camper did not return to my previous complaint. The shoes gave me difficulties from the moment I started using them. Of course, so did your customer service staff. I was not in a position to take the shoes to the store. Since it was not in season when I bought it, I just tried it on and it fit my foot. When I wanted to use it in October, the shoe was too big to fit. The customer service told me to take it to a shoe repair shop with my own means because the process would be the same if I took it to the store. I request that my record be listened to from my membership information. As a result, the shoe went to mold reduction 3 times. And none of them resulted in a healthy result. I have ₺6.000 shoes that I can never use. I demand a refund. It's so frustrating that you can keep the money!
