Camper Shoes Worn Only 3 Times, Store Refuses to Assist Without Receipt



I purchased a pair of Camper shoes months ago and have faced significant issues despite wearing them only 2-3 times. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and invoice, so I visited the store to seek assistance. The staff acknowledged, with a laugh, that the shoes were indeed their product, but they refused to help, saying, "We can’t take them back." When I suggested they check their records, they dismissed the idea and claimed they couldn’t assist further. The staff’s unprofessional and dismissive attitude was frustrating and left me feeling helpless. I expect Camper to provide a proper resolution for their defective product. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service from a brand I trusted.
