On October 1, I placed an order through Trendyol for a pair of Camper Karst model shoes in ecru (Order No: 10556524630). My order was canceled on October 6 without any prior notice or my approval. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the cancellation occurred because the product had been priced too low, while the seller claimed it was due to an operational issue. I am requesting that the product be provided to me at the price I originally paid. Additionally, the payment I made has not yet been refunded and still appears as pending. My delivery address is in Istanbul, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
