On October 18, 2025, I placed an order on Trendyol for a red puffer jacket from Bershka (Order No: 10591254488). Even though the estimated ship date has passed, the item still shows as “being prepared” and has not been shipped to me.
For about 2–3 weeks, I submitted multiple cancellation requests, but each one was denied.
During this period, I contacted Trendyol customer service multiple times, but I kept receiving negative responses and no resolution. I’m paying $43 in three installments for a total of $43, and the installment charges are still ongoing—yet I haven’t received the product, nor have cancellation and refund been processed. The delivery address is Sapanca, Sakarya.
This is the first time I’ve faced such an issue, and I no longer plan to use Trendyol. Because I urgently needed a winter coat, I had to buy another one.
I request that my order be canceled immediately and that my payment be refunded without further delay.
