I ordered two tracksuits from a Trendyol seller via Trendyol (order number: 10605955418). The delivery address was Hatay Merkez, and the shipment was supposed to be sent through Trendyol Express. However, before the products even reached me, I was informed that they had been returned directly to the seller due to “damage during transportation,” without being shown or delivered to me. This happened within about a week. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they said they couldn’t help. I paid a total of ₺1,288 for the order, which also included a discount at the time of purchase. I request that this issue be resolved — either by resending the products or by providing me with a gift voucher of the same value I originally paid. I am attaching both the current and original prices as proof.
