Trendyol Order Delayed and Cancelled, Now Priced Higher
The order I placed via Trendyol on June 8 was shipped by the seller on June 10. Between June 10 and June 14, the product only managed to move from Tuzla to Esenyurt. Then the holiday caused further delays, and the product, initially estimated to be delivered on June 12, wasn't delivered until June 20. I created a support request with customer service on June 20 but did not request a refund. However, they canceled the order, citing that the cargo was unavailable, and now the same product is being sold for ₺60 more than its original price.
I am requesting compensation for my loss in the form of a coupon from Trendyol since their cargo company, Trendyol Express, is their own entity. However, they are refusing to fulfill my request, suggesting instead that I wait 10 days and reorder the product at the increased price of ₺60.
