I have been a user for 3 years. I experienced an interesting situation during the renewal period this year. First of all, I received an e-mail stating that my subscription would be renewed. However, there was no information about the renewal fee in the email or my account information. I opened a limit on my credit card that is 50% more than the renewal fee. Renewal could not be made. Then I sent an e-mail. I received an e-mail that they renewed the subscription policy and that old subscriber will be given a 60% discount on the current price. In other words, they charged new subscribers and old subscribers the same. In this case, the following calculation emerged. I started a subscription in 2021 for 3222 TL per year. In 2022 and 2023, the renewal was made at the same price, which is normal. Now this 3222 TL suddenly increased to 17192 TL. Depending on the current economic conditions, a 20-30-50% increase is understandable, but what is a 433% increase? According to which economic calculation was it made? How can the renewal procedure be carried out in this way? Additionally, as far as I have read from the complaints, people who have a limit on their cards have also been charged without providing price information. What kind of a collection method is this? This means that if I had a limit, shots would be taken without my approval. Under these circumstances, there does not seem to be any point in continuing with this company. They create payment terms according to their amateur methods and charge a fee.
