Bein Sports Renewal Fee Unfair For Loyal Long Term Subscribers

I pay ₺390 per month for a Bein Sports Package, and my commitment continues until March 2026. However, on October 20, I was informed that a renewal fee of ₺1080 would be required, which is an excessively high amount. While new customers are offered much lower prices, around ₺250–₺300, I find it unfair that long-term subscribers are charged such high rates. This situation repeats every year, and each time I contact customer service, they only justify it by citing economic conditions and inflation. Since my salary has not increased by 300%, I do not find Bein Sports’ price hikes reasonable. I make my payments regularly through an automatic payment order and am still under contract. I would like to continue at the current rate for the remaining duration of my commitment and benefit from the discounted prices offered to new customers. I also request that a fair pricing policy be applied to long-term subscribers.
