Vodafone Data Plan Second Term Problem

I'm subscribed to the Mega package with unlimited data, which initially cost 344.30 TL in the 1st Term. However, as the 2nd Term approached, I received information messages inquiring about renewing my commitment. To my surprise, the 2nd Term option was removed, and I was presented with tariffs of 619 TL and 548 TL, offering a speed of 10 Mbps. Why am I being forced to consider these speed-limited tariffs as new options, along with exorbitant price increases, when I should be entitled to the 2nd Term price for the Mega package with unlimited data? When I initially committed, it was for 1+1 year. Why offer such a package if the 2nd Term is going to be canceled? Why not extend the Mega package with unlimited data, as originally promised for 2 terms, at an affordable rate? I kindly request the renewal of the Mega package with unlimited data, as initially promised for two terms and at a reasonable price. Otherwise, I will be compelled to pursue my legal rights to the fullest extent, including the Consumer Arbitration Committee and, if necessary, the court.
