Cambly Kids Renewed My Membership Without Consent and Charged Over ₺21000
I found out that my Cambly Kids membership got renewed without me agreeing to it, just because of an email I received. I’d like to cancel, but I can’t find anyone in customer service to help me out. I bought a one-year membership last year, but I only used it a couple of times. The big problem is that more than ₺21,000 was taken out of my account without my okay, and I didn't get any heads-up or even a password check. I didn't get any notice about this renewal, and I think it's not okay. Both Cambly Kids and my bank messed up by letting this transaction go through without my okay. I’m going to bring this up everywhere I can and do everything I can to fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

This will direct you to the Help Center. By going to the Cambly Help Center, you can search and find the answer to your question. To contact us, go to the bottom of the page. Click the [Submit a Request] button and fill out the form to send us a message! We respond to all your requests within 1 business day through our official support channel. A response was received through support. Options such as a 3-month free membership and freezing were offered. I requested a cancellation. And my refund was processed. Thank you for the response.
