On May 2, Netflix charged ₺299.99 to my credit card without my permission. I do not have an active membership, nor did I authorize any kind of subscription or renewal. So why was this amount taken from my account? This is deeply concerning and feels like a clear violation of consumer rights.

I demand an immediate refund of the ₺299.99 that was wrongly withdrawn. I never agreed to this payment and had no prior notice of any charge. Netflix needs to explain how and why this happened, and I expect them to take full responsibility.

What steps should I take to ensure this doesn’t happen again? I need urgent help resolving this issue and protecting my account from future unauthorized charges.
