Cambly Charged Me After I Canceled My Group Lesson Subscription

Yesterday, I experienced a serious issue with my Cambly group lesson subscription. Despite canceling my subscription, ₺7,078.50 was charged to my credit card, and no refund has been issued to date. I contacted Cambly customer service about the matter, but the subscription cancellation and refund have not been processed. Furthermore, Ms. İ***, with whom I communicated, did not respond to my questions and did not cancel my subscription. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be refunded to me. I reside in Muğla Bodrum and kindly ask that my grievance be addressed.
