Preply Did Not Refund 650₺ After Lesson Canceled Within Deadline

On 09/08/2025, I purchased a 50-minute English private lesson via the Preply mobile app. The following day, 10/08/2025, I canceled the lesson because I had changed my mind. I canceled before the final cancellation deadline stated during payment, which should have entitled me to a full refund.
Despite this, the 650₺ I paid by credit card was not refunded. After canceling, I received no confirmation or update about when my money would be returned. When I tried to contact customer service, I was constantly redirected to the homepage with no real support.
This is extremely unfair. I canceled properly within the rules, and Preply should honor its own stated policies. I demand that the 650₺ I paid be refunded to my credit card immediately. Customers must not be left without both service and refund when they follow the cancellation terms correctly.
