Cambly Discount Scam - Overcharged for Membership Through Ad Promo
I attempted to secure a reduced-rate membership by responding to a promotional offer from Cambly. Even though the amount shown was ₺14,000 when I entered the referral code, my card was charged ₺17,000 at checkout. When I brought up this matter, they insisted that the amount couldn't be wrong. If I decide to cancel, they have warned me that they will require me to sign up for a full-priced one-month subscription and only refund ₺13,500 to my card. I just tried out a half-hour lesson. The company typically charges ₺30 for a half-hour lesson, but in this case, they charged me ₺3,500 for the same duration of teaching. When I expressed my concerns, they dismissed them using sophisticated language. It's important to keep in mind their pricing policy, and customers should have the option to cancel without facing a ₺3,500 deduction in such cases if they are dissatisfied with our platform.

Of course, I wouldn't write here without trying this route. Your officials said that this was the cancellation policy and did not accept my dissatisfaction and the price difference. However, after reporting it here, my problem was resolved, and the amount I paid, 3600 TL, for a half-hour lesson normally priced at 30 TL, was refunded. Thank you for your help.
