Calvin Klein Sneakers Split After 2 Months – Warranty Denied Complaint
In July 2025, I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein sneakers from the Boyner Trabzon Forum store. Within just two months, the sides of the shoes began to split. Since the product is under warranty, I sent it twice for inspection through Boyner, and both times the case was registered under Test Form No: 1356951.
After each inspection, I was told that the issue was not covered by warranty, and my claim was rejected with no resolution provided. During this process, even the store employees advised me not to buy Calvin Klein products, saying that the brand does not stand behind its products.
I am deeply disappointed with Calvin Klein’s lack of responsibility and Boyner’s handling of the situation. I now have no confidence in the brand and will share my experience with others to warn potential buyers.
I am requesting a full refund for my defective product, which is still under warranty, and I would like to emphasize that if no resolution is offered, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
Even though it went to review three times, the complaint that was constantly claimed to be caused by the customer was returned to the company by the Consumer Arbitration Board because it was found to be caused by production. The firm that resisted this much neither won nor lost; I leave that judgment to you. Thank you very much to those who brought the Consumer Arbitration Board into existence. Be yourself, defend your rights to the end, and never give up. I also thank Xolvie for giving us a voice and allowing us to be heard.
