Calvin Klein Jacket Return Rejected Despite Warranty and 30-Day Policy
On September 27, 2025, I purchased a Calvin Klein jacket from the Optimum store. On October 10, 2025 — less than 15 days later — I wanted to return it. Since Calvin Klein offers a 30-day return and exchange policy, I brought my receipt and requested a refund. However, the store refused to accept the return, citing that the tag was missing.
No other brands I’ve shopped with require this condition so strictly, yet my return was denied solely because of it. I was even told to “file a complaint with Consumer Rights”, which I fully intend to do. I will exercise all my legal rights and make sure to share this experience publicly, as word of mouth is the best advertisement.
Additionally, I’d like to point out that the store employees’ attitude and tone were unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If this behavior continues, I’ll respond in the same manner. I still hope that this issue can be resolved promptly and respectfully.
