Calvin Klein Bag Shows Peeling, Claim Denied





I purchased a Calvin Klein bag through the Boyner mobile app, and shortly after, the surface began peeling. I submitted a complaint on December 2nd, but the brand has refused to take responsibility for the product. I sent the bag for inspection, waited for about 15 days, and received it back with a statement claiming "user error."
I strongly believe the product was not properly examined. It is unacceptable for a premium brand like Calvin Klein to dismiss a valid complaint without resolution. If the company continues to ignore this issue, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I demand a fair evaluation and either a replacement or refund for this defective item.
