Calvin Klein Bag Leather Deforms in 1 Month

I bought a Calvin Klein bag from the store on July 14, 2023. After using the bag for only a month, the leather started to get deformed. When I brought it back to the store, they said it was my fault after looking at it for a month. But I didn't do anything wrong, and I only used the bag for a little while before it started peeling. It's hard to believe that I would purposely damage a bag that I paid so much for. The exam results make them sound confident about their products, but they don't actually live up to that promise. I want either a new bag or a refund if they can't give me a replacement. I don't want my rights to be affected.
