My New Calvin Klein Jacket's Logo Got Erased
I recently purchased a Calvin Klein jacket from the Boyner store in Marmara Park Mall. To my dismay, just three days after the purchase, I noticed the embossed brand name on the sleeve was starting to peel off. I promptly visited the store to request an exchange, only to learn that my request had been denied after a twenty-five-day wait. I am determined to pursue my rights legally, and I'm confident that anyone with a sense of fairness and conscience will agree with me when they see this blatant error. What saddens me is how a major company can refuse to acknowledge such a glaring mistake. The tragicomic twist is that the peeling section happens to be the Calvin Klein name, symbolizing the brand's prestige and quality. This situation indicates a dent in the brand's reputation. I believe even counterfeit products on the market wouldn't deteriorate this quickly; in fact, a company producing knock-offs would probably offer an apology and an exchange. It seems the days of this brand are numbered. I will candidly and firmly convey my thoughts about this brand to my circle and friends, ensuring they don't encounter a similar situation.
