Calvin Klein Faulty And Poor Quality Product

Hey, I bought this product and it has some problems with the stitching and the front pocket isn't symmetrical. Even though I liked the product, I didn't end up returning it. But it hasn't even been a year yet, and the straps on the side are already starting to rip. It's a little bag, and I don't even put my wallet in it or carry anything heavy. There are threads popping out from all over the place. I sent the product for inspection, but they said there was no problem. If we can't find a solution, I'll complain to the consumer arbitration board.
