Samsonite Refuses to Refund My Bag With Defective Zipper After Just Two Uses


The bag I purchased from Samsonite for ₺7,500 is having zipper issues, and it’s of lower quality than even a market bag. I contacted the store, and it’s only been a week since I bought the product. On the second use, I noticed the zipper issue. They told me, "We can’t exchange or refund a used product, but we can repair it." They also said I would have to wait 30 business days for the repair. This means you are not standing behind your product. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and will pursue my rights to the fullest. This poor quality needs to end immediately, and I am requesting a refund for the product. I do not deserve to use a bag that needs repairs. The zipper stitching is clearly defective, and I shouldn’t have to use a poor-quality product by having it repaired.

Are you valuing me by saying that a 2-day-old bag can be repaired? I am telling you that I just bought it and it's not user error; the fault is clearly visible in the videos and pictures. Do you accept returns when the fault is on your side? You still say repair. Those who want to buy a defective, low-quality product, go ahead... It's a shame.
