Calvin Klein Bag I Bought From Trendyol Wore Out in Less Than a Year
I bought a Calvin Klein jeans bag from Trendyol, and despite using it very carefully, it showed signs of wear before the year was over. I sent it to Trendyol for inspection, but after a month, they returned it, claiming it was a user error. I don’t understand how a brand-name bag could wear out so quickly, not even lasting a year. They didn’t address my issue, and frankly, I don’t believe they sold me a genuine brand product. If it’s not of high quality, why are we paying so much for a brand-name bag? I’m reporting my grievance to the Consumer Arbitration Board and informing you as well. I hope you will resolve this issue and stand by the consumer. I request that you address my problem and speak to the relevant authorities as soon as possible.
