Hello, I ordered 4 Sufle and 2 ice creams from Burger King through the Getir app last night. The Sufle desserts they brought were like jelly. The chocolate had melted, and just looking at them made me feel sick. It went wrong in every way. I tried to talk to Getir about the problem, but I couldn't reach them, and they're still putting me off. I bought something for 120 TL that I didn't even eat. The things are still in the same shape they were in when they got there. It's a terrible service and app. I want my money back for this. Getir is not interested in solving the problem at all. If not, I will go to the Consumer Arbitration Board with a complaint.
