Burger King Huda City Centre Failed to Deliver Order #2020
On February 22, 2026, at approximately 7:55 PM, I placed an online order worth Rs. 261 at Burger King, Huda City Centre, Gurugram. I paid the full amount in advance through UPI. My order details are Order ID 1PUTCV4YOJ and order number #2020.
Even after waiting more than 2.5 hours, my order was not delivered. There were no updates provided, and I was not given any option to cancel the order. I repeatedly tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I also sent an email requesting a refund, yet I have not received any response.
This situation is extremely frustrating because I neither received my order nor my refund, and there appears to be no proper live support system available to handle such issues.
I request an immediate refund of the full amount of Rs. 261 paid for this order. I also ask for a clear explanation as to why the order was not delivered and why there was no response or support from the restaurant.
