Complaint On Order Not Yet Delivered From Burger King App

I placed an order through the Burger King mobile application on 1 February at around 8:17 PM from the Kundalahalli Colony, near Marathahalli, Bangalore branch. The order number is 2048. I paid a total of 133 rupees via PhonePe during the order process, but I have still not received my order. After noticing that the order had not been delivered, I tried contacting the Burger King branch by phone, but my calls were not answered. I am disappointed that I have been charged for an order that has not been delivered, and I have not received any support or information from the branch. I request that my undelivered order be either delivered immediately or that my payment of 133 rupees be refunded to me as soon as possible, and I would like to be informed about the reason for this issue.
