Never Got Burger King Order And Delivery Person Noted...IT HAPPENS!

On the evening of December 22, 2025, I placed an order through the Burger King app from the Burger King location at 4500 East McCain Boulevard, North Little Rock, AR 72117. The total charge for this order was $16.39, and the amount was successfully taken from my account. However, I never received my order. I contacted both Burger King customer service and the delivery person regarding this non-delivery, but the issue has not been resolved, and I am still without the food I paid for. When I informed the delivery person of the correct apartment number, which was already written correctly on my order, their response was a very nonchalant “oh well,” and no further effort was made to complete the delivery. Due to the order never being delivered and the unhelpful attitude of the delivery person, I request a full refund of $16.39 for this transaction and a clear explanation of how this issue will be prevented in the future.
