Burger King Payment Deducted But No Order

On 04.02.2026, I visited Burger King, Tilak Nagar, Delhi and placed an online order for 4 pieces of Mc Veggie through Google Chrome. I made the payment via my Kotak UPI app, and an amount of Rs. 334.92 was deducted from my bank account. However, the order did not reach the outlet and was not confirmed, even though the payment was successfully processed. The message I received from Kotak Bank stated that Rs. 334.92 was debited from account number ending with 0894 to burgerking-2.bdpg@kotakpay on 04-02-26 with UPI reference number 603525427508. Despite this, my order was neither processed nor delivered at the Burger King Tilak Nagar outlet. On the same date, I sent an email to Burger King regarding this issue and have also sent several reminders, but I have not received any proper response. The staff at the outlet informed me that the refund would be processed automatically within 24 hours, but to date I have neither received the refund in my bank account nor any satisfactory written response from Burger King, apart from a single telephonic call. I kindly request that my case be checked urgently and that the amount of Rs. 334.92 be refunded to my bank account at the earliest, as the payment was deducted but no service or product was provided.
