Burger King Avenue Mall Served Undercooked Steakhouse Menu Twice

9On September 28, 2025, around 20:00, I placed an order for a Steakhouse menu at the Burger King store in Avenue Mall. My order was changed twice, but both times the product was served undercooked. As a result, I was left hungry, and despite waiting twice, I still could not receive a properly cooked meal.
My order number is 2038. I did receive a refund, but during this process, my grievance was not addressed in any way. A refund alone was not enough for me, because I was left hungry and the issue I experienced in the store was never resolved.
I have not yet contacted customer service. I request that my grievance be properly compensated and that the necessary measures be taken to prevent such a situation from happening again.
