Burberry Sunglasses Temple Coating Peeled Off—Requesting Replacement

The right temple coating on my Burberry sunglasses has started peeling and coming off due to loosened adhesive, while the left side remains intact. For such an expensive product, this level of quality is unacceptable. It’s clear that low-quality materials were used, and I am highly dissatisfied. I purchased these sunglasses expecting premium craftsmanship, but they have failed to meet even basic durability standards.

I am requesting an immediate resolution, either through a replacement or a high-quality repair to address this manufacturing defect. Burberry, please take responsibility for this issue and uphold the quality your brand is known for. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.
