Burberry Prescription Glasses From Atasun Optik Damaged After Lens Replacement

Dear Burberry Representative,
I purchased a pair of Burberry prescription glasses from Atasun Optik. Since the lenses were made too thick, I returned to the store just one day after receiving them to request that the lenses be thinned. When the glasses were delivered back to me with thinner lenses, I noticed that the frame had widened and was no longer in its original condition.
Before the warranty expired, I visited another Atasun Optik branch and explained the situation. The optician there confirmed that the frame looked as if it had been split or forced apart, most likely during the lens installation process. A temporary adjustment was made to narrow the frame, but this was not a permanent fix, and the frame began to widen again. As a result, I sent the glasses to the central service under warranty for inspection.
Unfortunately, my claim was rejected, and I was informed that the issue was due to impact damage. I strongly disagree with this assessment, as my glasses have never been subjected to any impact. If such damage occurred, it would have been during the lens replacement process handled by the company, not through my usage.
From the moment I received them, the frame showed visible stretching and deformation, clearly not caused by me.
Therefore, I request that my Burberry glasses frame be repaired, or if this is not possible, that it be replaced under warranty. As a consumer, I reserve all legal rights but kindly ask for my grievance to be resolved promptly and fairly.
