Burberry Shoes from Emaar Store Ripped After Only 4 Wears

I purchased a pair of Burberry shoes from the Emaar store, and after wearing them only four times, both shoes ripped from the sides. This wasn’t a case of stitching coming undone—the material itself tore.

I returned the shoes to the Burberry store at Emaar, where they were sent for inspection. Despite the obvious flaw, I was told it was a “user error.” I cannot understand how such a determination was made given the minimal use and clear signs of poor material quality.

I am incredibly disappointed with both the product and Burberry’s response. I expect a reconsideration of the decision and either a replacement or a refund. This experience has made me lose confidence in the brand’s quality.
